Poster AI — Terms of Use & AI Policy

These Terms govern your use of Poster AI (the "Service"), provided by DEF Studio ("we", "us", "our") at pushbike.defstudio.id/poster. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Poster AI lets you upload a photo and generate a sports-style poster using artificial intelligence ("AI"). You choose a theme, colors and text (such as a rider name, race number and team name); the AI creates a new image based on your photo and choices ("Output").

2. Eligibility and accounts

  1. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.
  2. You may sign in with an email one-time code or with Google. You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping access to your email or Google account secure.
  3. One person may hold one account. You must give accurate information.
  4. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

3. Photos of children — parental consent

The Service is designed for posters of children taking part in pushbike (balance bike) events.

  1. You may upload a photo of a child only if you are that child's parent or legal guardian, or you have the parent's or guardian's express permission.
  2. You confirm that every identifiable person in your photo has agreed to its use, or that you are legally entitled to give that agreement on their behalf.
  3. Do not upload photos showing other people (such as other children or spectators) without their permission. Where possible, upload a photo showing only the child the poster is for.
  4. We may ask you to confirm consent, and we may remove content and close accounts where consent appears to be missing.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to create, upload or share content that:

  1. sexualizes, exploits or endangers children in any way — zero tolerance. Such content will be removed, the account permanently closed, and it may be reported to the authorities;
  2. is sexual, nude or suggestive content of any person;
  3. depicts a real person without their consent, impersonates someone, or is intended to deceive (for example, fake endorsements or fake news);
  4. harasses, bullies, threatens, demeans or discriminates against anyone;
  5. depicts or promotes violence, self-harm, weapons, drugs or illegal activity;
  6. infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, likeness or privacy rights (for example, logos or brands you are not allowed to use);
  7. contains malware, or attempts to probe, overload or bypass the Service's safety systems, payment, limits or security.

Our systems and our AI provider's systems may automatically block requests or results that appear to break these rules. A blocked request does not use a token (see section 7).

5. How the AI works — important limitations

  1. We cannot predict or fully control each result. Posters are created by a generative AI model operated by a third-party provider. We decide the instructions we send — your photo, the style you choose and the text you enter — but the model creates each image anew, so we cannot predict or guarantee its exact composition, pose, expression, background, colors or lettering. A result that differs from what you expected is a normal characteristic of generative AI, not a defect of the Service. If a poster fails or is blocked, no token (or free trial) is used, and you may try again with the same or different settings.
  2. AI results are generated, not photographs. The AI recreates your photo in a new scene. Faces, clothing, equipment, colors, numbers and text may differ from the original, sometimes noticeably.
  3. Text may contain errors. The AI writes the name, number and team you enter, but spelling or styling may occasionally be wrong. Please check every poster before sharing it.
  4. Results vary. The same photo and settings can produce different results each time.
  5. Outputs may unintentionally resemble other images, people or designs. You are responsible for reviewing an Output before you use or share it.
  6. The Service is provided for personal, creative and promotional use around sporting events. Outputs are not official race documents, results or certificates.

6. Your content and ownership

  1. Your photos remain yours. You keep all rights you have in the photos you upload ("Inputs").
  2. Outputs. As between you and us, you own the posters generated for your account, to the extent permitted by law. You may download, share and use them for personal and non-commercial purposes, and to promote your child's participation in sporting events.
  3. License to us. You give us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process and transmit your Inputs and Outputs only to provide the Service to you (including sending them to our AI provider and storing them in your account).
  4. Public display only with your permission. We will not show your photos or posters publicly (for example as examples or templates on our website or in our live streams) unless you give us separate, explicit permission for that poster — by ticking "may be shown as an example/template" when you create it, or later in My Posters. This permission is optional: it is not required to use the Service, including the free trial. You can withdraw it at any time in My Posters; the poster is then removed from public display promptly. Giving permission does not oblige us to display a poster — we select examples manually.
  5. No training by us. We do not use your photos or posters to train AI models.

7. Tokens, payments and refunds

  1. Generating a poster costs one token. Tokens are sold in packages shown on the Service (currently: 3 tokens for IDR 15,000; 7 tokens for IDR 30,000; 12 tokens for IDR 50,000). Prices may change; changes do not affect tokens you already bought.
  2. Payments are processed by our payment partner (Midtrans, via QRIS). We do not store your card or bank details.
  3. Tokens do not expire. New accounts do not receive free tokens (see section 7A for the free trial).
  4. A token is used only when a poster is successfully created. If a generation fails or is blocked by safety systems, no token is used. To protect the Service, we may limit the number of failed attempts per day.
  5. Refunds. Purchased tokens are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law or where a payment was charged but tokens were not added to your account. If that happens, contact us at defstudioid@gmail.com with your order code and we will add the tokens or refund the payment.
  6. Tokens are linked to your account and cannot be transferred or resold.

7A. Free trial

  1. From time to time we may offer a one-time free poster ("free trial"), for example after a parent or guardian updates a rider's photo on our event pages.
  2. The free trial is limited to one per WhatsApp number, across all events. It is offered only while the daily free-trial quota lasts.
  3. The free-trial link expires 7 days after it is offered. It is personal and cannot be exchanged for tokens or cash.
  4. Using the free trial requires an account and acceptance of these Terms. Permission to show the poster as an example/template is optional (section 6.4).
  5. If a free-trial poster fails or is blocked by safety systems, the free trial is not used up.
  6. We may change or end the free-trial offer at any time; this does not affect free trials already used.

8. Privacy and data processing

The full details are in our Privacy Policy. In short:

  1. What we collect: your email address (and name, if you sign in with Google), the photos you upload, the posters generated, the settings and text you enter, your purchase history, and technical logs (such as IP address) for security. For the free trial, we keep only a one-way (hashed) form of the rider's WhatsApp number to enforce the one-per-number limit.
  2. Who processes it:
  1. Storage period: your photos and posters are kept in your account until you delete them or delete your account. You can delete individual posters or photos at any time in My Posters. Deleting your account permanently removes your photos and posters from our systems, except where we must keep records (for example, payment records) by law. Copies already processed by our providers are subject to their own retention policies.
  2. Your rights: you may access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by using the account settings or contacting defstudioid@gmail.com. Withdrawing consent means we can no longer generate posters from your photos.
  3. Security: your photos are not publicly accessible; they can only be viewed when signed in to your account.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access, remove content, or refuse service if you break these Terms, if required by law, or to protect children, other users or the Service. You may delete your account at any time. Unused tokens are lost when you delete your account, unless section 7.5 applies.

10. Availability and changes to the Service

The Service depends on third-party AI and payment providers and may be unavailable, interrupted or changed at any time (for example, if a provider changes its policies). We may change features, AI models, prices of future packages and these Terms. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will ask you to accept the new version before you continue using the Service.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

  1. The Service and all Outputs are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, likeness, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
  2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for how you or others use Outputs you choose to share.
  3. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for tokens in the three (3) months before the claim.
  4. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indonesian law.

12. Reporting misuse

If you believe a poster or photo misuses an image of you or your child, contact defstudioid@gmail.com with details. We will review it promptly and remove content where appropriate.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will first be resolved by good-faith discussion; failing that, in accordance with the laws of Indonesia.
